Volume: Up to 3 Patients / Month | Investment: $1,000 / Month (Includes a maximum of 10 clinical hours per month. Additional clinical consulting is billed at a standardized $150/hour rate).

What is Included Each Month:
3 Comprehensive Case Reviews: Deep-dive analysis of your most complex patients' charts, standard bloodwork, and medication lists.
Guaranteed 48-Hour SLA: All patient charts and medication lists submitted to Bluebird Bio-Consulting are analyzed, with a custom protocol delivered back to the provider within 48 business hours.
Pharmacogenomic (PGx) & Functional Triage: Identification of candidates who require advanced testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH Plus/Cycle Mapping Plus, or OneOme PGx) to resolve treatment-resistant symptoms.
Custom Protocol Design: Evidence-based lifestyle, botanical, and nutraceutical protocols delivered directly to the provider for collaborative review prior to patient implementation.
Secure Provider Collaboration: Direct, HIPAA-compliant communication with our pharmacist regarding patient progress and medication tapering strategies.

(Note: If advanced physical lab kits such as GI-MAP or DUTCH are required, those wholesale costs and interpretation fees are billed directly to the patient via our independent patient portals, protecting your clinic’s overhead).
